Hi Vinnie --
"Grand Artist Renaissance" is the
top of the OME heap, and considered a custom-ordered
banjo.
Only the Grand Artist models got abalone binding,
and the deep
carving on the solid-back resonator and peghead.
A "Renaissance" model would be in the next
level down (Artist), and
about $6K lower in list price.
Looks
like the pearl engraving might be by Donna
Stone.
