I will start with the case.
I will seal all of the loose wood, replace a piece of veneer, oil hinge pins, clean all latches and hinges, vacuum the inside.
It is a good case for being over 100 yrs old, worth saving.

Contact cement to attach fabric.

On the loose wood and seams I used 3 types of CA to bind things together.
Medium, Thin, and Black, for gap-filling. Then steel wool on all hardware, cleaned the fabric.

All catches and latch VG.
Repair sequence 1
Dye for the bottom.
Rim finish complete.
Vintage hide installed.
Jig for heating forward pull.
Installing binding.

20 min. in, getting close.
Re-slotting and checking depth.
Compression fretting.
Frets completed.
Setup and strung to pitch.
Tone is VG, I think we are on the way.
