Remove forward pull  (warp) in neck
Dissassembly
Body screws out
Pad removal destroys dowels/ nails.
That wood piece also is inside th body against the heel. Has to be broken off to get the neck out.
2 inlays, that hide the extension screws.

You break things to fix National's
Pad Nails pulled from dowel.
Prominent forward pull.
Pads are tight to the body
Popping up the screws.
Not much glue holding the board on.
Ready to begin prep for re-assembly.
REPAIRS
Making a score line for a solid rod.
Ready to go.
Ready to pull wax paper.
Adding .010" veneer top cap.
Out of the clamps, ready for finish.
Neck is nice and flat now.
Cavity completed
Wax paper will go on top for release agent.
100% bedded.
Gorilla yellow glue.
Same as factory, Black fade.
1 coat over orig. finish, leaving patina.
Will not fret the extension, no wear.
It will be 5:1 Epoxy and wood flour, for bedding.
20 min. Setup. I will cure 8 hrs.
Scraping excess epoxy.
I will bring it back to satin finish after curing.
Next will be frets.
Ready to assemble.
9-4 -25 UPDATE
New back shim fabricated, will glue back where the old one was.
All back nice and tight.
Strung to pitch. action is nicer now.
After a day, all good, no buzzes.
After 1000 grit and polish, neck is slick.
I feel the outcome was worth the effort, we will see how it's owner feels!
