Clean/ wax all hardware, rim, install new head.
Refinish neck, dress frets, install geared pegs.
Refinish back plate.
OHSC with Stadlmair Logo in fair condition
Good inside, bad wood on the neck end.

REPAIRS
The head came off at full tension
Head bearing elevated on 3/8" tubes.
Pulled way past limits, good head!
Added some lacquer to reseal the top edge.
Going back together/.
Neck finish completed.
Waiting on a new head.
Very tight.
Inside rim skirt.
Now to clean the metal.
No refinish on rim, cleaned and waxed.
I order a clear head for it, I like to see the inside.
Utilizing vintage Grove 2:1 gears
